This place has to rank top 5 worst experience I've ever had. So I have had issues with the billing dept since i started in November. I at least weekly explained to them my deductible was 300 that it was met I just needed my claims posted. Well since I've been there 29th of November 2 claims had been posted out of like 8 to 10 of em that there should be. Every week i bring it up basically whole counseling session n every week nothing was done bout it. My counselor was at least ten to 15 min late coming to get me from lobby EVERY single week like clock work. Then the kicker is I almost got kicked out today for trying to explain this all to the director of this terrible establishment in middletown. This has been going on 3 months n she didn't even know this issue until i tried to explain it to her today. Her words were that sunrise has done everything they can for me and that it's my insurance which IS NOT TRUE EVERY OTHER DR CLAIMS CAME THRU FINE. THEN I HAD TO GET MY MOM TO SEND ME 5 dollars n 81 cents or they told me I couldn't get my meds today because I was short 5.81 n they owe me over a hundred bucks...they HOLD YOUR MEDS OVER YOUR HEAD BY THREATENING TO TERMINATE U FOR EXPRESSING YOUR OPINIONS. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS WORSE TREATMENT CENTER EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD OUTTA 3 DIFFERENT STATES!!!

Can't commit to appointments, they don't care to inform you that they have changed your appointment and let you show up and tell you oh your appointment has changed, they don't care that you work have kids to raise or a household to take care of, but expect you to sit here for hours after your appointment time

They are saving lives! Dr. Aviles honestly cares about his clients and their long term health and life goals. They saved my life and I couldn't imagine not taking that step through the door in my first visit. They work around your schedule and are genuine in their care and success. They ladies at the front desk are incredible! The counslers are great and give you 💯 as long as you are too!Most people and places treat you like a nobody if you have a drug addiction and all you are is a number in their system or an insurance payment. Not these great people...they treat you with respect and love and I couldn't ask for a better group of people. I owe them my life....they gave me.it back and saved me and my family! I can't put into words how grateful and blessed I am to be a client there

The middletown ones great love my counselor hes funny and nice and listens to everything I have to say!!! I definitely recommend the girl Jordan at the desk is a complete sweetheart as well!

Just completed intake, after having to reschedule multiple times. Everyone has beenvery professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to get me in and work around my very tight schedule. Looking forward to continuing my treatment there!
