Dr. Alter is the best doctor I ever had. I would recommend him.

He made me believe my pregnancy wasn't viable. Even showed me my empty uterus with what might be a tiny blob of what could be my underdeveloped baby with no heartbeat. Then he switched from vaginal ultrasound to abdominal ultrasound and my 15 week fetus was there the whole time with a perfect heartbeat. I wanted to see other doctors for my check ups and the practice refused saying I MUST continue to see him even after my poor experience.

I'd give a better rating but my wife scheduled an appt to see the obgyn here and couldn't make it. When I tried to call to cancel I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Fast forward a few weeks and I'm still trying to call to reschedule but no one answers the phones anf it only gives you two seconds to leave a voicemail. They also never gave us a reminder call like my wife asked them to. About to find a new obgyn since they clearly don't have time for patients.

I have seen Dr. Alter through two pregnancies and most recently saw him about another medical issue I have been facing. I am so thankful he took the time to listen to me and worked with me to find a solution that will satisfy me.

This man is the best doctor I have ever had. He was referred to me by one of my best friends and since day 1 had always taken time to listen, know me, and treat me as an individual. When I got pregnant he again always took time to hear me out, listen to my concerns and fully explain anything we were facing all while being light-hearted, honest and genuine. When the weekend came for my delivery, he promised even though it was his weekend off with his 2 boys he would come in to deliver my son.

I couldn't have asked for a better Dr to handle all my questions and concerns! I fell when i was 4 months pregnant and it pushed my hip up and out of place! After my hospital visit i called the office and he told me to come on in and from them on out he had to align my hips until i had my child usually every 2-3 weeks! He is very kind and has a great relationships with all of his patients! The staff at Generations are also so helpful, easy to talk to and always on the ball!

Dr. Alter has provided care for and delivered 2 of my 6 children. He is kind and attentive. He listened to and address my concerns without making me feel silly for asking questions. He was great through my deliveries always letting me know what was going on and never being pushy or acting rushed about getting it over with. I've gone to the office he works at in Springboro for 9 years and the staff is wonderful.
