They will agree to a specific treatment, and then call you later saying "they changed their mind". When you say you aren't comfortable with the change they'll simply hang up on you. Very unprofessional

Per my daughter who was the patient; Doctor was efficient and friendly. Busy time of the season for urgent cares and doctors. Staff under stress remained friendly and and professional. Long wait due to high demand. But staff stayed in touch to assure that she was a priority.
