Dr. Simon cherry picks the healthy patients and will not see unhealthy patients unless by televisit. He discriminated against the patients who need him most by not seeing them in person. His advice.. if you are that sick to need to see me in person.. go to the hospital. So people with health issues are forced to pay more. He also hates paperwork and refuses to fill out accommodation paperwork. He looks like a nice doctor but is lazy. He is not proactive in services but reactive. Go elsewhere! This doctor is a snob!

I highly recommend Dr Simon and his staff. They are effective, courteous and run on time.

I am an estab pt w/this Dr.I pay for quality insurance but when I called their office for appt when ill I am unable to be seen.He was at the office but reviewed my illness and office staff told me that I was not important enough. Was instructed to call Tri Health Urgent Care. Went there and MD didn't see me I saw a CNP who gave me a RX for something I could buy over the counter.Called Dr Simon again. Was told he had left already(it was 4:30) office closes at 5 and he couldn't see me next day.

Nice person, was not personable with me. Didn't listen to me. I hardly ever go to doctor and when I was sick couldn't get in when I needed. Got better care at urgent care in Lebanon. I found a different doctor. So when you choose a doctor remember some just don't mesh with you and some do. He and I didn't mesh so I moved on.
