Dr. Skupin was mostly very friendly, but the direction she gave me for caring for my son’s eczema was completely off base and unhelpful. I didn’t realize it until my son’s pediatrician raised an eyebrow when I told them what she had suggested. I switched allergists to get a second opinion and it was the best decision I made. I also felt that she didn’t really listen to my concerns and sometimes spoke condescendingly to me. On top of that, the staff at Family Allergy & Asthma are unfriendly and rude.

This doctor does not return calls in a timely manner. She was an hour late for a teleconference and I was totally disrespected by her office.

Excellent physician and staff. I was able to schedule my appointment in one week. Staff provided information and instructions on phone with follow up email. After arrival I was placed in exam room in 10 minutes by nurse and Dr Skupin followed shortly after nurse was finished. Dr Skupin was thorough in her evaluation, never appeared rushed, explained test results and answered all my questions. I will definitely be following up with this office and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Skupin and her exceptional staff made the normally thoroughly unpleasant experience of a full allergy test go much more easily and smoothly than the experiences my friends and family informed me of about their allergy tests at other clinics and providers their care, compassion, knowledge, and skill are what led me to write this glowing review of Dr. Skupin’s practice as someone who receives the absolute best of everything in life i would HIGHLY recommend her and her staff to anyone suffering from the maladies of allergy and asthma five stars/ ten out of ten
