Does excellent work. Makes you feel welcome and known. Have had almost everything you could expect to encounter at a PCP, he has never let me down.

This was my very first appointment with Dr. Fattal! It went very well and I am glad I chose him to be my doctor!

I've been a patient of Dr. Fattal's at the TriHealth office on Cinema Drive since I moved to Milford in 2018. I can't say enough good things about the man! He is dapper, compassionate, a very good listener, warm and friendly, translates well between medical language and regular English, and is knowledgeable about further supports, medical help, or alternative options a patient may wish to try. I like that he includes vitamins, home remedies, and over-the-counter options in his recommendations. It feels so much more holistic and life-giving rather than simply being run through a mill of testing and percentage-ranked prescriptions. If he ever leaves TriHealth, I will follow Dr. Fattal to his next practice.

Amazing person , great bed manner and knowledge

My husband is in BooneSpring and Dr. Fattal is his attending physician. I have been waiting for over 10 day for him to sign off on a change in my husband's medication from as needed to 3 time a day.

Office sees mandatory low percentage of low income insurance patients. Was treated like a dog based on my being of minority socio economic background. Prescriptions locked 🔒 up in a safe and refused to be given by nurse, after calling in advance on several occasions, with the o.k. to pick up. Office manager was not medically trained but only office trained and was locking medication prescriptions in safe on power trip based on uneducated opinion that was a blatant lie. Stating the prescription was controlled which was totally in factual and forced patient to wait a week and eventually never receive proper care. With no medical training how was an office manager to make medical decisions based off of no medicine expertise? The Manager was discriminating, lying and abusing power over patient of lower socio economic background. When patient went back a week later, as abusively instructed to do so, the prescriptions were still locked in the safe and the patient could have had a life threatening emergency without medications based on the uneducated, abusing, discrimination impeded upon patient for no reason deserved. Blame should be placed upon victims but office manager, nurse and doctors who condoned, joined in, stood by and/ or were affiliated in malpractice. The Patient was made to sit in a full waiting room, Miss appointment, then after all patients were seen hours later the patient was told to leave the office on cinema drive in Milford, Ohio and was threatened with the calling of police 👮. Blatant discrimination just as that of the two black men arrested at Starbucks for asking to use a restroom . Actions abusing power for discriminatory purposes are going on at this Mercy Family Practice. If you don't consider yourself from a lower socioeconomic background and feel eliminated from becoming a victim but also care and don't condone mistreatment of others based on hate then don't go to the office of Mercy Physicians on Cinema Drive in Milford Ohio or any office that would condone, allow & participate in the abuse of patients rights, mistreatment and malpractice are being condoned! What does that say of medical ethics, office staff's character and the patients who currently, have or will utilize this medical facility ? It sais that patients are either condoning such acts as bystanders who condone such treatment and patients who are being victims of discrimination aren't being defended and the acts are allowed to continue in secrecy and privacy of the practice that gets away with it. A veteran also had an incident and was barred from the office. Take a stand and don't allow victims to be abused by condoning discrimination! Stay away

I found him very polite and easy to talk to. He seemed to understand all of my issues. I have just moved here and am glad to find a new doctor so easily.

When I went to my initial appoint I was informed that the doctor refused a blood test done by the VA less than 4 months prior and that I would have to redo it at his doctors office. I refused this and he had me banned from his doctors practice entirely.
