Go here if you love getting the run around. Go here if you love your appointments being changed without being told. Go here if you love wasting your time, gas, and money. Go here if you love feeling like you don't matter. Go here if you love waiting for a scheduled appointment to start 15 or more minutes late. Go here if you want to be asked if you got your blood work done even though you verify with them that they've received your blood work. Oh yeah be prepared to be asked about your blood work every time you get your medicine regardless that you've already verified it numerous times. Don't be shocked when your counselor don't tell you anything useful. Some counselors only know what they've read in thier books. It makes a major difference if you get someone to talk to that's lived and has experience. It's really hard to bond with a counselor who has no knowledge of how it feels to be in my position. Or at the very least cares enough to show up on time and start our sessions. Some of us have kids that have school. Trust me when I tell you that they don't care if they make you late and or your children late. There are some good ones here, I just haven't gotten the chance to talk with them yet. When I get treated with respect and my needs are at least somewhat met then I'll change my stars to higher. I wish I could give zero stars

I really think my counselor is great and appreciate her help with things. And the doctor's and staff including the pharmacy employees and the nurses are very nice and that they are very professional with everything! Thanks" Charlie'

Since this place took over Northland treatment center it has turned around tremendously I feel greeted with respect and care at the door all the counclers are amazing Derrick is my personal one and could not be a better fit for me! The doctor is amazing here!It has been a complete turn around since the change over all the bad eggs have been eradicated lol!Thanks sunrise you have changed my life 4 years and still going strong!

MOST of the staff is friendly. Two of them that I seem to have to see often have the WORST attitudes and people skills. Since I started here, I always wait twenty minutes or more for my appointment. But I mean it’s treatment if you want it.

Most staff is friendly and my counselor is great. Front staff who check you in could be more friendly that is the only reason I gave 4 stars.
