Every time we have gone in the doctors and nurses have always been super friendly and helpful
Caring and listens to help with your health.
I really like Dr. Robinson and the check in folks are nice.
I have spent 39 days attempting to get a medication prescribed by doctor here because she would not submit the prior authorization to my insurance, despite me calling the practice twice and sending five messages through MyChart over the course of a month. This is an extremely routine issue, and is easily solved by submitting some additional paperwork to insurance. As someone who has worked in the pharmacy industry, I have dealt with this problem countless times and I know that this should at most take three days. I was also told this should take less than three days by a medical assistant when I asked for the paperwork to be submitted. Despite that, it took well over a month. I am actually still waiting on one additional administrative task before I can (hopefully) obtain my prescription. The first time I discussed needing additional information for my insurance, my doctor submitted a prescription for a different medication that, not only did I not ask for/want, was contraindicated to the problem I discussed with her. Nearly 40 days without a medication is a serious problem for most, and I am extremely lucky it is not something I need to survive, or I could be having life-threatening problems by this point.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
