Saw Dr. Bernie during an ER visit that turned into a need for a 3 day hospital stay and an Endo exam with the tube and camera down your throat and looking over your insides/stomach etc. After a bad experience at a different hospital and different doctor I was petrified of anything going down my nose or mouth. He took my hand said I'd be completely asleep/out of it, and I would not feel a thing and the tube would be removed before I woke. A man of his word. He found something serious, prescribed medication...I feel so much better and have nothing but praise for Dr. Bernie and his bedside manner and care! THANK YOU DOC...Jean W.

The experience of dr. Bernie was great. Then you get the bill in the mail and try to pay it and nobody wants your money because nobody knows where to send you to pay the bill you need a phone number that people can call so they can pay their bill.

Dr. Bernie has a dry sense of humor and can seem rather droll but he is very good at what he does.

Blanket payment policy must be signed or refuse to see you. "Please be aware that some-and perhaps all-of the services you receive may be non-covered or not considered reasonable or necessary by Medicare or other insurers. You must pay for these services in full at the time of the visit". I don't think that it is reasonable to sign a form assuming financial responsibility for service not reasonable or necessary by insurance. Having a question about this does not require condescending and rude treatment by nurse.
