Great place! Wait times are not long. Front desk ladies are so nice. The provider was very nice and knew exactly what was going on. This will definitely Be the urgent care that my family and I use whenever it’s needed. EDIT** I’ve had to take my children here as well. Both came down with strep. Once again, in and out within 15 minutes or so. No wait time to see the doctor. Tests came back quickly and the entire staff was great with my kiddos.

Love the actual urgent care. Easy to be seen and the staff is wonderful. We have been many times. The issue I have is the billing. They sent me like 4 bills dating back to March (never received any bills and I even asked about not receiving bills when I was in the building. I was told insurance must be covering it.) I don’t mind paying the bills but my issue is that they have deducted them all from my bank in a week. It totals close to $400. I don’t appreciate receiving bills 7 months after the service and then all of them being deducted at once. I will be heading there and changing my card on file for sure. Ridiculous!

First time at the Care First Urgent Care in Mt Orab. The online registration is user friendly. Walked right in. The receptionist was very welcoming. The space is decorated great. The nurse and physician both took time to listen to concerns I had regarding my illness. Overall the whole experience is a 10/10! I would highly recommend this facility for any Urgent Care needs.

The staff was extremely professional. After the initial documentation was completed I was talking to the nurse practitioner in less than 10 mins. They were also helpful when I made two follow up calls for renewed prescriptions. I highly recommend this facility.
