I have been in the office on several occasions and have never waited more than 15 minutes before seeing Dr.Murnen or Nurse Prac. My personnal experience has been great! Staff has always been nice and curtious to me. I felt Dr Murnen was very concerned about my well being, and followed up after tests. I can say the same about Michelle Yarman NP. I find them both very easy to talk to and yet concerned to get me the correct treatment. I very much disagree with the other opinions, this office is very good at what they do. Don't let the neg.comments scare you away!!!

Very disengaged. Distracted. Also, after having not seen her for a time (unfortunately, it seems, we didn't get sick often enough) we tried to make an appointment and were told that, since they'd changed their records to electronic, we would now have to be considered "new patients" and so if we wanted an appointment we'd have to wait until they had an opening for a new patient (which was several weeks out). In the meantime, we were encouraged to visit "urgent care." Unbelievable.

Have been going to Dr Amy since she started her practice. My husband also goes to her and we find her and her NP's are very knowledgeable, and helpful.

Awful! Would never go back. Had no idea what to do and could not diagnose correctly...more interested in pretending to be a plastic surgeon than a family physician. Just poor.
