They are extremely rude at the desk they told me my almost 80 year old mother was not permitted and had to sit in the hot car. Unbelievable!!! I was driving my friend there I will never go there for any reason. That shows non caring because there was plenty of seats and room for her.

Dr.Reeder is a complete whack job! First time patient here...Literally seen the doctor for 5 minutes for her to tell me my prescription. The prescription she wrote for me was a - when I am a +. I have been a plus for 22 years.... now I get a bill in the mail for $140. I call the billing department a billing department to discuss the bill and she instantly got frustrated with me and hung up. The service there is absolutely terrible. I will never ever go back!!

Never been so disappointed in an eye doc before in my life. Appointment was at 2. Arrived early at 130 didn't get seen until after 430 The office wasn't even busy. This man had no idea what he was talking about. Even suggesting that I put tape over my eye to stop double vision saying there was no way to help me other than that... Save your money and see a real doctor.
