He is a joke and shouldn't be able to operate or run a practice . He is very unprofessional. He did a procedure on me that he should never done with the size of the kidney stone that I had.

The first year I saw Dr. Henry was late 2018 or early in 2019. I was impressed with his care at that time. My second visit was a few weeks later to discuss results of tests that I had taken and I walked away not as convinced with that he was going to take care of my needs. My next appointment was to be in December 2019. I'm a retired senior citizen on Social Security with a family history of cancer and I expected another examination. Dr. Henry walked in spent two minutes, 2 MINUTES and told me that he wanted me to take a new test and that I should see the receptionist to set up an appointment. "Two minutes" and walked out. Then he billed my insurance company $250.00 of which I had to pay $50.00. Someone could have called and told me that over the phone and saved me and my insurance company $250. That's ridiculous!!! If he needs the money so bad that he has to cheat his senior patients to get it, it's not going to be from me anymore.

While I would prefer NOT to see Dr. Henry, or any doctor for that matter, in all honesty Dr. Henry is very good. I've been dealing with stones for some time now, and when I moved to Columbus and met with Dr. Henry, I was just really impressed. First, you don't have to wait a month to get seen, which is really important when you have stones. You aren't a number, or just another patient. He takes the time to actually talk to you as well as listen, and I appreciate a doctor that does that. He explains things very well, thorough and his staff is very nice too. And, the few times I've been there, I was always seen on time, or within 10 minutes of my appointment time, which is darn good from my experiences. I really do recommend Dr. Henry!

Love Dr. HENRY. I've been to numerous urologists in Florida, Virginia and Ohio .Dr. Henry is the first one to diagnose and treat the problems that I've had for years. I highly recommend Dr.Henry for urology issues. Young, caring, knowledgeable!

Unsurpassed great experience here due to: 1) live person answers phone; 2) no voice mail prompts spinning in a vortex where call goes to never, neverland; 3) time spent in office after check-in is extremely short--don't even need magazines!; 4) Dr Henry is all business but pleasant and friendly too (best of both worlds) plus he explains procedures and is understanding, gentle; 5) cystoscopy can be viewed by both dr and patient simultaneously utilizing most current technology; ) 6) Call backs are not just same day, but same HOUR; 7) office staff make the office run like a well-oiled silent machine; 8) comfortable seating; 9) background music barely present and not blaring; 10) staff are trained to deal quickly and efficiently with patients as a routine expectation. How very glad to have chosen this doctor!

I have been visiting Dr. Henry since 2013, he has always been very tentative, and responds quickly. When he says he is going to do something he does it. When his staff say he is going to do something today, he does it that day. He has always had good manners, and the staff is just as nice. He is extremely patient with me, I have anxiety, and sometimes I have him repeat things, and I know I always have a lot of questions, he has always been patient and kind.

Dr. Henry was remarkably successful in reducing my prostate problems and brings down my PSA. He is thorough and very professional. He answered my questions and discussed the medical aspects of my problems to the depth that I wished to go. I routinely recommend him to other men my age.

Dr. Henry is excellant. Very caring doctor, personable. Talks to you.

Dr Henry is a very personable and friendly doctor. Talks to you like a human and not like you are a dr yourself. Speaks to you in the terms that a "normal"person would understand. And adding to that he is a very caring doctor and doesn't rush you out of your appointment.
