The surgery department goes above and beyond to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible. They treat you like family. I won’t go anywhere else for my surgeries/procedures. Thank you all for taking care of me during my numerous visits to your department!
Will make you wait hours to tell you to take otc stuff you already stated isn't helping. Don't come here unless it's life or death, and even then I'd recommend elsewhere if you can make it.
I had a midwife deliver my first child and she came out alright without taking ANY meds for my delivery. 2 days later I woke up with huge blood clots and passed out on the toliet..come to find out the midwife left half the placenta in me and didnt even realize! I had to get a dnc done. Not a pleasent experience. I should of sued the doctor and the hospital but I decided not to even though in the long run im still expericening difficulties with my back from the huge needle they placed in my spine for having the dnc procedure done because of the doctor!!!
I have been here at least 4 times for different things and I have never once had exceptional staff or timing. I've had to wait an unreasonable amount of time each time. 0/10 would absolutely NEVER recommend to anyone. What a horrible place with horrible experiences.
All around a good hospital . And yes, billing is a problem created by the choices the board of directors made!
Surgery 5/5 stars- Dr. Kim is the best.ER 3/5 stars- not the nicest doctors.Labor and delivery 2/5 stars-If you are planning on a med-free birth, this place is five stars. However, DON'T count on getting an epidural in time for your delivery. I've heard from mother women they take far too long to give you an epidural and they missed the chance with both of my births to give me one.
I recently went in for my first routine colonoscopy. (I wasn't looking forward to the experience.) From the time I entered the hospital until I left I received excellent care. Everyone went out of their way to make me comfortable. A big thanks to the surgical team for their compassionate care!!
Numerous visits to this hospital recently. Nurses and staff are very friendly and concerned about the patient. Mom is in rehabilitation bed now also. Services maybe be limited but I had 2 procedures done and had no problems.
This hospital is a JOKE. I went in with extreme pain in my shoulder blade and unable to take a full breath without excruciating pain in my side. Doc said it was nothing and prescribed aleve. The next day I went into a chiropractor because I knew that something was definitely wrong. Turns out I have rib head subluxation and they were pressing into my lungs when I took a breath. Thanks Henry county hospital for literally not caring at all.
Easily one of the worst hospitals I’ve ever been to. I received two bills in the bail and total I had to pay over $1000 for an x ray. I was confused why it was so much, as I was there for fifteen minutes, was told my wrist was not broken, was given an ice pack and then left. I called the hospitals customer service and she told me that the first bill ($508, over $800 before insurance) was the bill from the doctor, and the second ($540, $740 before insurance) was the bill for the facility and what I used while I was there. So I guess sitting in a room for five minutes on a chair and getting an x ray done would’ve cost $741 before my insurance. The lady on the phone told me that I should’ve just went to urgent care instead because it would’ve been cheaper, but I did and the wait was over four hours so I caved and went to the ER because I had to work. I will never return and I do not recommend anybody to go either.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
