I have met the surgeon and completed the pre-surgery tests. All have been professional and very nice. Information was thorough. My surgery schedule is set. So, everything has been smooth. Dr. Berend was easy to talk to and answered my questions.

Friendly and helpful office staff with a comfortable waiting area. Upon arrival checked-in within 5 minutes and about a 15 minute wait after scheduled appointment time. Dr. Berend greeted my wife and I then listened to my concerns. He asked questions and allowed me to answer. It only a few moments for him to compare what I said with the x-rays and give me a diagnosis. Treatment options discussed and we made a plan for surgery.
