The doctor is great, that is when you can get an appointment, takes a long time for them to answer the phone then your put on hold for a long time. You can’t make appt for same day or even two to three days later cause they are always booked up.

Obviously the medical care you would expect from your doctor is important. Dr. Belardo and the entire staff do a fantastic job in this respect. But what sets them apart from other doctors offices I've been to is how they treated me personally... everyone in the office is extremely friendly and courteous.... it's because of this reason that I continue to use Massillon Family Practice...

I am an existing patient with a history of HSV 2. I called Dr. Belardo's office two days ago....asking him to call in Valtrex for me. I STILL haven't heard back from him, though I have spoke to his staff three times. Seriously???? Don't go here if u have a chronic illness, especially one with a stigma.

He is a very nice, gentle doctor. My only gripe is the long wait every time I go there. It's never less than 40m minutes.

Rates well with me, Office phone issues are bad getting through especially in the morning have waited up to 45 mins on hold. This issue needs serious attention but that is the office as a whole not the Dr. he is phenomenal!

I travel to see Dr. Belardo. Although he is very busy, he is always in-tune with his patients and takes extra time to listen to me. He takes extra care in diagnosis and has always made me feel comfortable. I believe him to be one of the best in the Canton/Massillon area.

He is avery knowlegable caring doctor who listens carefuuly to you and takes notes of interesting matters c9oncerning your case, Have been going to him since he started practicing and i owe part of my long life (80 years) to his excellent including open surgery needed (quadrupule bypass & lung decorticiation) to his knowledgeable prognosis.
