Appointment at 10:00 am. We were 10 min early. Called as instructed so they knew we were here at the Dentist. Still waiting in the car waiting to be seen an hour later. Covid or not. This is ridiculous.. New Lexington, Ohio

Very on schedule with appointment times and are great with my son. They ask the questions that alot of dr.s would just assume. I was really satisfied when we left .

The stafe here is awesome Patty really cares about you.The nurses work with you if you make a call in or need paperwork for anything they are very kind, helpful, understanding, and go above and beyond to help you and make sure you have what you nee. The front desk ladies are very friendly, caring, and good at getting appointments set and helping with anything, and everything they can.They are a great team.

Took my daughter here, new patient wellness check 17yrs old, Stephanie and Jackie went above and beyond when an issue arose. I'm glad I made the decision to go here, they are amazing!!!

This place is horrible I highly not recommend it I was puking had to cancel an appointment they were "very understanding" offer me an appointment for the next day today at 1pm do not tell me i need to be there a half hour early and tell me they cannot see me they gave me the benefit of the doubt hahaha this place is a joke i had no phone no GPS i was going off a picture of the road and i do not know New Lexington well im highly disappointed as i thought i was going to be receiving some great care well that part was a lie i couldn't even make it in I was 10 minutes late but i left work early and had trouble finding the location as i thought the buildings up there were all schools.. They were not understanding and let me sit there for 20 25 mins thinking i was going to get treated for my health only to receive nothing but rude service.. take the drive and go to Lancaster or Zanesville I promise you wont regret it-- Anthony Thompson II
