This place was the upmost greatest treatment center I had ever been to until I was unfairly treated over a minor altercation with another patient here after me only being here and clean for a little over a month, certain staff members forced me to step back from the program and didn’t even allow me to redeem myself. I started to be treated differently and felt extremely uncomfortable whenever I was allowed to do “counseling” for less than a half hour once a week, talk about putting someone’s sobriety in serious jeopardy. Honestly wish things could have been handled a lot better on all sides… If you’re a guy, I strongly suggest finding some place else. Otherwise you just might be treated unfairly too.

Columbus Location is five star, Lancaster is five star, Newark has a problem with one of their counselors! She is rude, inconsiderate, has a know it all attitude, and discriminates against race and religion! Bright view saved my life, had this woman been one of the first people I talk to I would’ve went somewhere else. The lack of respect she showed me today is the worst I have ever been spoken to based on my religion by another human being ever! I am a Muslim who happens also to be a white right wing Republican . She should be ashamed of herself, if she’s what they call a counselor in Newark go somewhere else. I hear it all the time with the circles I’m involved in about my religion, a counselor should never make issue of that! She has a chip on her shoulder and I will never speak to her again I don’t care if I have to wait all day to see someone else. My advice to anybody in Newark if you can make it to Columbus or Lancaster go there just so you are less likely to have to put up with this woman, she claims to be in recovery if she is she clearly tripped on her 13th step today
