I have gone to Dr Ciletti for many years and he has diagnosed and treated me and my family without issue. He listens to what you have to say and takes the time he needs to discuss you problems, you are not just a number. He has a wonderful staff working with him, who is also concerned with what you have going on.

Very friendly stuff

I had Dr Ciletti since the 90's. The only reason I don't have him now is because I moved 4 hours away to be with family. He is a great doctor. 👍 Thanks to a great doctor and staff.

My grandmother has been going here for years. Can’t get her to switch even though they CONSTANTLY mess up her prescriptions every time we order them! The lady’s in the office never know what they are doing. I wish I could give this doctor zero stars instead. Find another doctor if you’re thinking of going here.

I have been going to Dr. Ciletti for over 20+ years. I appreciate his knowledge, professionalism and caring attitude. We are lucky to have his experience in our community.

Ive been a patient of Dr.Cilettis for about 10 yrs. I go to Dr Cilettis atleast once a month for a protime check. As one reviewer said there is rules on the bulletin boards but I've been to several Drs offices and they also have rules all over so that didnt bother me. This office is very efficient, they run a tight schedule and this is the only Drs office I've ever been to where I see the Dr on my scheduled time. The longest I've ever waited past my apt time was 10 minutes and I cant even complain about that. The staff is kind.

I agree with another review. Dr. Ciletti is a great doctor but his office staff is the worst. He needs to address this. Also he needs more office hours. He should not be closed on Friday. People do get sick on weekends.

Doctor is nice but they hardly ever answer their phones.

They have terrible hours and NEVER always have their answering machine set to tell people the office is closed regardless of if the office is open or not. A friendly doctor but the staff is unbearable.

My husband and I recently moved to the area. We read the reviews about Dr. Ciletti’s office and we’re thrilled that a well reviewed doctor lived so close to us! My husband called the next day to set up an appointment, gave his insurance information, and the office member said she would call him back within a couple of days to set up his initial appointment. A week and a half went by and nothing. Finally my husband decided to try calling into see if his information had been processed because he is on a prescription regimen and was running low. It took him three attempts at different times to get through because they keep their phones turned off during business hours. Despite that he still made an appointment to go in. I set up an appointment as well around this time with the same issues. When my husband went to his appointment he was instructed to bring all of his medications, okay cool, we’ll get those refilled. They didn’t refill ANYTHING. They also said they had to request medical transcripts from his previous doctor proving he was taking a certain medication, and they were unable to test for it in house or send him to another facility. Three weeks we waited. No they still hadn’t received the records, better luck next time. At this point I was livid. My husband had been without medication for over a month. I called out previous doctor and went and picked up the paperwork the next day and took it with me to my appointment. Suddenly they had the paperwork. Amazing timing. At my appointment they sent out for my prescriptions. When I went to pick mine up, they were never sent to the pharmacy. Sweet. I’ve been trying to call and get through at least once a day for the last week and haven’t been able to get through because they’re open for like 5 hours a day, even then their phones aren’t on. I’ve called five times in the last hour because you’re meant to close at 4 (it’s 4 on the dot now). Obviously, my husband and I will be searching for a new physician.
