BEWARE!!!!If I could give not even half a star I would!It’s SIMPLE do not go here!!!!!I will never goto Aultman or this facility again!Someone made a mistake with my testing and results didn’t wanna own up to it blamed me wouldn’t explain anything to me!!Not going to much in to it but thankfully I got into another facility and got the correct answers!!!!!RUDE STAFF, except a few of the girls I talked to on the nurses line who really wanted to help me!Maybe you need a little more education as a NP and a LPN! They just let anyone practice smh!

We used to visit this location whenever we had issues. The visits usually cost between $80-$90. The last time we went I was between jobs and unfortunately did not have insurance. The bill for this visit was $450. I pleaded with them on the phone to be reasonably but was told by multiple people there was nothing they could do. So I can only assume that it is Aultman's policy to take advantage of people who are in a tough situation and kick people while they are down. So sad.

Front desk woman was ruthless because I had the audacity to forget my paperwork. I asked if I could have someone at home send me a copy to print out and she refused. I asked if I could call my doc and have it sent over, she said no. And by the way, I was 20 minutes early, so there was time to do this. Kind of glad it happened though, because I wouldn’t want a woman like that helping me if I got bad news from my testing. Me and my insurance $$ will go elsewhere.

I’ve used Aultman North Lab for many years. I am totally satisfied. It’s clean, they are very efficient. My doctor gets the results no later than the next day.

I had never went to this facility before and I was treated well and I had eventually met with a Dr Lavender and she was polite and thorough and pleasant enough. She explained everything to me that I had a very severe UTI, gave me a prescription that was immediately sent to my pharmacist, and it began working as soon as I started taking it. I had no problems and was glad I had chosen to go to this facility.

Useless! I walked in with my son having a medical emergency and they scoffed at me that I was in the wrong place. I need an emergency room not an urgent care and there is a big difference between the two and how dare I not know that. We rarely go to the doctors or have medical emergencies. I got anxious and was accused of being angry. They don’t know what they’re doing. Awful customer service. You’d be better off literally anywhere else.
