After having such terrible experiences at other urgent care facilities in the past, my hopes were pretty low going in here today. I called ahead to ask a few questions and the lady that answered the phone was so kind and helpful. I suspected I had strep, and when I arrived, there was no wait. The entire staff was pleasant, friendly, and made the whole “doctor” experiment wonderful. The nurse practitioner was thorough, she explained everything she did, and even explained how she arrived at her decision. Not that one ever wishes to go to an urgent care, but this location made it much more enjoyable— which goes a long way when you don’t feel well!
