Terrible Doctor! First time there I went in for my yearly exam and she rushed me through the appointment. Was extremely rough during the examination as well. Wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy!

I was 15 minutes late for an appointment because noone on their staff thought to tell me they moved. They tried to make that my fault and told me I would have to reschedule. They said I hadn't been there in 3.5 years. I wasn't due to come in until last year, then Covid hit! You can't reach a human on the phone, so no fast answers are possible. Good luck if you need a fast answer.. If you mention this to them, they tell you they are very busy and that is the only option is to leave a message. Great, since business is up, hire another person to answer phones. 🙄 When did customer service start disappearing in the medical field? Don't expect it here.

Staff is very argumentative, non of them listen to you as a patient- especially if you are high risk. They refuse to give you information about who they are referring you to and the phone number to that place. If i could give less than 1 star i would. Not at all happy with this horrible place!

Augh your patient portal sucks so much n the codes I get never work at all

Dr. Keko is an honest, professional and caring OB, who I have been in the care of for around 9 years. Her team of staff work efficiently to ensure your care and the care of your unborn child are their priority. When things do not go according to plan, they adjust their schedule to ensure you are taken care of, and your needs are met. When an unexpected event happened in my labor and delivery, she was able to rise to the occasion, assess the situation, and take prompt action. Her care, quick thinking, and knowledge saved my life.

I can't even begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for this woman! Dr. Kiko is BY FAR the most caring and thorough doctor I have ever been in contact with. Her compassion and willingness to listen sets her apart. Her bedside manor is EXCELLENT! I am so thankful!

I love kiko and Willard! Always attentive and caring and were right on about everything in my pregnancy (even due date). They delivered my son 3 years ago and I am going back to them for my 2nd pregnancy next week!

don't ever forget about your appointment or you will be looking for a new doctor. I understand not just showing up for an appointment if a patient does that all the time but 1 time it happens and your done. So unprofessional.....

Dr. Kiko was a wonderful Doctor. Especially in the delivery room. She was encouraging and comforting in the delivery room. While establishing direction and professionals with her team. She knows exactly what she is doing. I couldn't say enough good things about her. I would recommend her to anyone.
