Jackson Family Practice's Online Review Report Card

Transferred to a new office because I live about half an hour away. Later decided it was worth the drive, wanted to come back and was told once I transfer to a new office, I can’t come back? Way to care for your patients! Never heard of this at any office. Bad business practices.

I have been going here for years and I always see Dr.Crock. he's a great doctor and I recommend him to anybody who's looking for a doctor that actually listens and addresses your concerns. The one downside is the god awful office manager and the horrible receptionists. They have new people constantly working the desks and every person will tell you something different, they're never on the same page. The office manager is nothing but rude every time I've had an issue and needed to talk to him. I just wish with such great doctors in their office they'd be able to get good staff and keep them.

I was pushed onto the nurse practitioner instead of a doc for the first year. Explained that I was gaining weight and predisposed to diabetes. Zero interest, no suggestions. A year later,I lost my healthy employee discount on my insurance bc my fasting glucose and BMI is high. I insist on seeing a doctor. Dr Crock tells me to “diet and exercise”. All along I had been explaining that I was eating well and exercising. I’m not sure they understand or care how diabetes works. An overweight NP and a smug dr are a terrible combination.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and knowledgeable doctors. A great experience even though I wasn’t feeling great.

Left this practice after being a patient for over 15 years. The attitudes and the way they treat patients in general is atrocious. The last time I was there to see Dr. Crock, I could hear him in the hall outside my room talking (not quietly) about why I was there and about my personal matters, so I’m sure other patients could hear as well. This happened after I listened to him complain about his previous patient. What happened to patient privacy? Nice! When Dr. Crock came into the room he asked me about everything except for why I was there. I had to bring it up, to which he quickly threw an answer at just to end the visit. Fast forward to now, I’m with Dr. Licause at his practice and couldn’t be happier. The care they give their patients is tremendous. You actually feel taken care of. I’m not trying to get people to leave JFP, I’m just hoping maybe they wake up to the negative feedback and make some changes. That aside, Mallamaci at JFP has always been a pleasure to be seen by. There are still some good people there.

I went there a couple times a few years ago would never go back.It took them over 3 weeks just to help me with a simply UTI. The whole place is all about getting you in and out and make sure you pay even a head of time.

Dr.Anderson is very is a terrible Dr. Acused me as a pill seeker because I saw him for chronic back pain Everyone else in the practice truly cares about the patients .To bad one Dr.is unprofessional. Update. Dr. Anderson put in my medical records that I gave him a bad review because he wouldn't prescribe me any opiates and I got mad and that was the reason for my bad review. He called me a pill seeker to my face and actually accused me of abusing pain medication. I believe there's a online chart that all doctors must look at before any opiates can be prescribed. If he looked at that chart he would have been able to see that I had not been prescribed any opiates in years. He obviously never looked and just assumed I was seeking pills. So he puts this lie in my personal medical files so it will follow me to any doctor that I would ever go to. How unprofessional is that. And his office manager is his wife so calling to complain does no good. Don't trust this doctor.
