One of Doctor Karns' technicians really badly gave me a prescription that was very wrong. I couldn't see out of it. If this were to happen before a catarack surgery, which I need, I may never be able to drive again at night.

DR. KARN'S HAS BEEN MY DOCTOR FOR YEARS. HE TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS. I NEVER FEEL RUSHED. DR. KARN'S KEPT A WATCH ON MY CATARACT, AND WHEN THE TIME CAME FOR SURGERY, HE AND ALL THE STAFF AT BOTH OFFICES AND IRIS SURGICAL CENTER WERE VERY CARING AND WONDERFUL!

My lasik turned out perfectly with zero complications. Still seeing 20/15 vision 3 years later. Dr. Karns was very educated and made me feel comfortable. He changed my life.

Dr. Karns performed cataract surgery March 8th & 2nd eye March 22nd. I really appreciate he comes in prior to surgery and asks if you are OK and do you have any questions or concerns. He actually called himself later day to make sure OK. Following day I went back for check up and his office did follow up call as well to make sure everything still ok and did I have any questions or concerns. Highly recommend Dr. Karns & staff.

I had my LASIK procedure done almost 3 years ago now and couldn't be happier! After going in for my 3 year checkup, my prescription hadn't changed a bit (still 20/20). Dr. Karnes a very personable, yet efficient physician. I know he's been practicing ophthalmology for over 29 years so I trusted him completely. The procedure itself was painless and Dr. Karnes explained everything to me the entire time during the surgery. I would definitely recommend Eye Centers of Ohio to anyone looking to improve (or repair) their sight and would especially recommend Dr. Karnes for any of those procedures.
