My appointments always go well. There are text reminders about my appointments and I don’t usually sit long in the waiting area. All the staff have been professional and caring and answer my many questions. The optical personnel have been great at helping me to choose or not choose eyeglasses. They don’t pressure me to make a purchase if I’m not ready to buy. I appreciate that.

This place is something else.... Double booking people.....there is no reason an appointment should take 2 and a half hours..... Why because you book so many people at the same time.... Can't get to all them fast enough but some of us pay out of pocket there is no reason to take this long. At least tell people you are slow so they ain't late for work.

The team at Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons are the best. Everyone is so friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable. Dr Reynolds is fantastic and I always enjoy my time with her during my exams. The ladies eyeglass department are so helpful in picking out glasses and are a joy to be around. Thank you for doing such a great job. I highly recommend NEOES.

I have been going to Eye care Centers of America since I was 5. I have had a few doctors. And they all have been great. If you’re looking for good eye doctors here’s the place you want to call. Occasionally the drs have emergencies and you may have to wait. But it’s worth it!
