The staff is friendly and very competent. I initially met Dr Karnes in a bit of an emergency for a chemical burn on my eye. He was very kind and empathetic. The treatment he prescribed saved me from losing my eye sight. I’ve been back since that event and they have all held their high standard of service. I plan to stay here for all my eye health needs

Absolutely love the “pick out your glasses girls” Mindy, Stacey and Sherri. They are so patient and kind. I also had a great experience in person with Crystal at the front desk. She helped me get an appointment situation figured out at the busy end of the year when we had to change an appointment due to a medical emergency. . She was very kind and sympathetic. I did not care for my interaction with a call center prior to that, who obviously had not addressed my issue. With so many great people at this office, I’d like to see the impersonal call center job be given to a new hire physically at the office. Other than that, great professional experience.
