Dr. Anderson is by far the most patient centered, caring and listening doctor I have ever visited. He explains everything so well and he asks great questions centered around my specific issues and concerns. I am always comfortable, never rushed and consistently satisfied when seeing my doctor.

Dr. Anderson is very thorough. Explains condition and reason for treatment in terms that are very well understood. Gave recommendations to assist myself in improving my health while at home, but, emphasized to call him if I needed the office staff or further follow up. I my case, he scheduled a follow up appaintment.

This has been my doctor for 9 years now and he is totally awesome. Jackson Family Practice is great. A++

The Drs and Nurse Practitioners in this practice are good and I would recommend. However the two star rating is for billing. We have worked with billing to try to help them understand we have a $25 co pay as a Tier I provider. The billing department keeps billing us at a $50 co pay which requires us one or two phone calls to get corrected. It's been three or more years of this and I decided to escalate this frustration along with one other to the Office Manager Kathy (Dr Anderson's Wife) she told me the dates the corrective notes had been put into the system and that I was not having any more billing issues. Two days later I received a bill from them from my last visit for $25. In this instance they were suppose to apply a credit from an overcharge from my son's visit to my last visit. They didn't. Now I have to call again to get corrected. Not joking, probably 30 calls to this office to correct billing issues in the past 3 to 5 years. They have blamed us and United Healthcare for the mistakes even though we remind them of the $25 co pay at the beginning of each visit. Only suggestion i can give them is to please learn to do the simple stuff.

It was pure luck that I found Dr. Anderson. I guess I can call it fate. I have been ill for many years and I have visited many specialists; but none of them have spent the time to find out who I am and WHY there is an illness. I am so used to 5 minute visits and/or seeing a nurse when the doctor is busy. Busy or not--I get MY time. I can tell everyone that truly Dr. Anderson saved my life. There is just something about him that makes ME feel that there is hope and I CAN be the best I can be. He knows more about new and innovative treatments than any other "specialist" I have seen. I do not know where my life now would be without his encouragement and profound medical knowledge. Thank you Dr. Anderson. For everything.
