Love this place! It’s clean and everyone is professional and kind! anytime my boys are sick or something happens we come here because they’re attentive and fast vs the pediatrician office. I absolutely adore Ally at the front desk she is so sweet especially to my babies! and Ashley the dr is great and fast! Thank you guys!

We called and were told there would be a 30 minute wait. We arrived within 5 minutes and checked in. The waiting room was full with no available seats. My husband was left to stand and wait on a broken ankle. The receptionist then called out to everyone waiting that it would be at least 1 hour before they called anyone back. We ended up leaving without even receiving any medical treatment.

I was impressed with their professionalism AND their kindness. They were personable, efficient, and the space was beautifully kept. Everyone works as a team too which is a nice work culture to see.

I have used this Urgent Care several times. It is easy to make an appointment online. They are always friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

First visit went well. I remained ill and had to return. I was waiting at 8am to get in. The women who opened up never said hello, or have a seat. No greeting at all. Then I was told they would not treat me unless I left a credit card on file with them. I left and went to an Urgent care who is interested in treatment and payment not just payment. This place is close to home. My family will not go back to a place where they don't say hello just say credit card required.

They get you in and our really quick compared to other urgent cares around the area. The staff are all very nice and always have helped my kids and I get better and actually have a correct diagnosis.
