List of Grace Song's Reviews
Dr. Song is patient, kind and very caring.
When my prior doctor would not answer her my chart After 3 attempts and a phone call. I asked my obgyn for a referral to another primary doctor. He recommended Dr. Grace Song. I went to see her and she sat as she talked to me. She took her time and answered all of my questions. She also said she would call back the next day and she did. Her office staff was very pleasant. I am happy that I was referred to her. Oh and finally after 3 weeks my prior doctor answered her my chart. She said she doesn't get to it to often. Wow! Thankfully there are doctors like Grace Song who really care.
Dr. Song is a delight. I left my previous doctor, even though she was great, because trying to get through to her or get an appointment was impossible. Dr. Song's office is great. They answer the phone. They call back. Getting an appointment is quick. No hour long waits in a crowded waiting room. She is a sweetheart. Very thorough. Asks alot of questions and actually listens to the answers. Picked up on an issue I have been struggling with for a decade that no one else noticed. She also saw my daughter - an adult with special needs. Dr. Song seemed very at ease and curious as well as thorough. That is not always our experience. I can't day enough good things about her.
I drive 30 miles so I could remain Dr Songs patient. She has my complete trust.
Dr Song's staff is awful and rude. I would recommend finding a different doctor unless you like being treated like your medical health does not matter.
Yes I do. She takes the time to listen and is very helpful. Explains things which you can understand.
Dr. Song is a nice enough doctor, but her office stall is awful. They called us and said we had not been to the office in a year so we had to come in and could not do a virtual visit. We were not notified that they moved offices and we were 10 minutes late from driving from one office to the other. My mom is wheelchair bound with dementia. It takes 5 minutes to just get her out of the car. When we walked in 10 minutes after the start of our appointment the office manager's exact response was "too bad". If you want to feel like your doctor understands your situation and cares about the patient I would go somewhere else. The staff here also does not wear masks. I don't understand how appointment times can be so strict but wearing a mask in medical profession is not necessary.
Dr Song is very knowledgeable and is very direct when it comes to health.
I loved Dr. Song. I was so sad when she left UH Bedford. She has been my physician since I was 8 years old. She cared for both of my children as well, Really great doctor/friend and she is truly missed :(
In today's impersonal health care world with the "assembly line" mentality, Dr. Song is truly the exact opposite. She actually spends time to get to know you and your health concerns and looks at you when she speaks, instead of staring at the computer like many doctors I have experienced in the past. She personally calls you with test results to discuss them and knows who you are when she does....you are not just a chart number. She even answers the phone in the office when the nurses or medical assistants are busy! I have been seeing Dr. Song for over a year and I only wish it hadn't taken so long to find such a caring, thorough, efficient and humble health care provider. Dr. Song rocks!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
