Office staff is inconsiderate, mean, and nasty. Treated as a dollar sign and not as a patient. I would recommend going elsewhere

Dr. Bocanegra is the best family Dr. I have found to date. It didn't take a year to get in as a new patient. He is thorough, and takes his time and acts like he cares about your conditions. Imagine that. He specializes in men's health, which for my son and husband who have health conditions it puts me at ease to know they are In good hands. Clean facility. I highly recommend.

I enjoyed the doctor but the hoops you have to jump through with scheduling is terrible and the staff was uncompassionate and were more concerned with money from insurance than providing adequate care.

I have been a paitent of Dr Bocanegra for a few years. He is very caring and compassionate. They always get me in when I need something. Yes the office staff is not always perfect but the DR is the best.

My last visit was over 3 years ago, so I had to wait 2.5 months for an appointment to re-establish (not a problem). I received no email/text/phone appointment confirmations, no pre-visit planning questionnaires [Concern #1]. Because I received no confirmation, I tried calling the office the day prior to my appointment multiple times between 2:45-3:45 and received a constant busy signal [Concern #2]. On the day of my appointment, 5/27/20, I found the office was not screening for COVID at the door or reception area. One staff member was not even wearing a mask. [Concern #3 - COVID asymptomatic spreaders]. I then found out because I had a cough Dr. Boconegra would not see me. We are going to be living with COVID for awhile and someone in healthcare needs to be prepared to take care of 'sick' patients [Concern #4]. I'm very disappointed in my former PCP and am taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Bocanegra is the most educated and compassionate doctor in the world. I was so nervous for my recent appointment, and he immediately made me feel as if I could trust him. Visits are never rushed. His nurse Tammy is outstanding, and Sue at the front desk is friendly and professional. Thank you for providing outstanding medical care for our family!
