Poor doctor Rucker is loosing his memory. I thought he was my friend and I personally gave him a Doctors knife. Then he told me not to return to the practice. NOT MY FREIND! At that point I asked him to return the knife. His assistant told me that he said he didn't remember that I gave him the doctors knife . YEAH RIGHT I also gave TWO other doctors knives to doctor Grady and one other doctor. He is not my friend and should RETURN the knife... Don't you think ?

What is wrong with physicians nowadays? Aren't they smart enough to realize their staff is the first impression made on prospective patients?? So after being recommended to visit what I heard was a great practice, my first encounter was unfortunately with some fat, nasty, front desk troll named Angela. She was crass, rude, and clearly agitated by an increasing arrival of patients. And oh, by the way, I had suffered the misfortune of skipping work that day to make my appointment. Never again!

I just came from my initial meeting with Dr. Rucker. I cannot say enough good things about him. Of course, from the referrals I received, that is why I chose Dr. Rucker as my PCP. New to the area, I was concerned I would have a hard time finding a quality dr, like my previous one who recently retired. Dr. Rucker was a delight. He listened, asked questions, and really made me feel like he was concerned about me. I will recommend him to anyone seeking a new doctor.
