I have known Dr. Keith for 20+ years. As a physician myself, I chose Dr. Keith based upon his caring, concern, communication skills and knowledge. I have been very happy with his office and his medical care.

I have been going to Dr. Keith's office for at least 15 years. He always takes time to listen and is willing to work things out to please his patients. His soft spoken demeanor and caring attitude rises above most other doctors I sometimes have to visit. I have referred others to his office and when I happen to run into someone who also goes to his office they always have very nice things to say about him. I have recently been taking my aging mother (85) to Dr. Keith's office and she has fallen in love with him and his bedside manner! I cannot understand how someone could give Dr. Keith a bad rating, but I do know some people can never be satisfied. I am thankful that I found Dr. Keith's office and have had many years of great medical supervision! God bless you Dr. Keith!

I had been seeing Dr. Keith for over 10 years when Tessa left the practice. I had gone in for x-rays and when I called to get my results, one of the new office people gave me the WRONG results. Concerned about my continuity of care, I wrote Dr. Keith a confidential letter explaining my concerns and asked for a return call from HIM. I did receive a return call from the office manager who explained to me that he showed her my letter and she was calling to handle the situation. I explained that I wanted a call from HIM and was told that wasn't going to happen so I left the practice. That has now been OVER A YEAR AGO and my new physician STILL doesn't have my records from Dr. Keith's office. Choose a doctor who actually has a pair and who isn't a coward.

I don’t particularly like going to see the doctor . I for some reason get a lot of anxiety before hand. I canceled on multiple occasions- he understood and was really helpful . Glad I was referred to him

Dr Keith is a great doctor. He doesn't make you feel rushed like he's just trying to get to the next patient. He listens and actually tries to help you figure out your issue and resolve it. If you have an issue, he tries to make sure you explore all options before prescribing medication if its not needed. Down to earth, nice guy I highly recommend.

Dr. Keith has been my families doctor for almost 10 years now. He is always pleasant to talk to and is very knowledgeable about the issues discussed. He has helped my family through many medical situations and it is greatly appreciated! I would recommend Dr. Keith to anyone looking for a general practitioner in the Barberton area.
