Dr. Ballitch and Dr. Finn are great. They care about their patients and I've been pleased to be a patient of Dr. Ballitch for over 20 years. But... I'm leaving his care. I have tried to get an itemized copy of a reciept for a contact lens and refraction that I paid $180 cash for on 9/1/2021 with no success. I was told it would be available when I picked up the lens since it was what they used to order the proper mlens but it wasn't available on 9/10/2021. They said they would mail it. I spoke with Claire on 10/1 who promised to contact me the following Monday but nothing. I've left 4 phone messages, 2 emails and stopped to see her in person the last week in October but left a message as she was not there. Getting a receipt for services paid for isn't complicated and simply ignoring a patient who has shown patience is just unacceptable.

Dr Ballitch is an excellent Opthalmologist. Has taken care of my eyes and vision for over twenty years. So happy with his experience and expertise, he is a kind pleasant physician. Office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Had Cataract surgery both eyes.Was a big chicken first eye and the Dr.and staff are wonderful.Second eye still nervous but the staff and Dr.are excellent.Even received a mug and flowers after surgeries,what a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend Dr Ballitch!!!

People are very nice Dr is very knowledgeable had Eye surgery for glaucoma have not had no trouble. Very good doctor nos his profession.

BEWARE! I was not a patient of Dr. Ballitch himself. However, his office staff and office manager were very misleading. I was told that my claim would be billed under Dr. Ballitch so that it would be covered by my insurance. I was told that everything was fine with my account. 4 years later I got a bill for $370. When I spoke with my insurance it was too late to appeal. The staff was very rude and would not help me at all. BEWARE! This clinic is misleading and does not care about its patients!
