Ontario Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Probably by far one of the worst ER and hospitals i've ever been to. Receptionists are rude, unprofessional and care very little about the urgency of a patient. Had one male laughing at my issues and seemed to not be concerned about anything I've been going through. Nurse's seem like they have absolutely no idea what they are doing, fumbling around with equipment like it was their first day at the job, and would much rather like to socialize among one another than care for an individuals needs. Main ER doctor (Midkiff) is uptight, seems to be there all for the money with little concern for his patients. If you want the best care for you as a person, stay away from this place.

They Double booked my appointment and I never got a call to change time so I sat the hospital for an extra hour for no reason.

She takes the time to explain things,and she always makes sure you understand what she's shared. Her Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They are very welcoming and are willing to answer any questions you may have with a smile.Highly recommend this Office.

I cannot express the gratitude and appreciation that I have for all of the staff on the L&D unit (and affiliated departments) in Ontario - my sweet housekeeper, the dietary team, nursing staff & PCAs, my CRNA (Jim), LC Deanna, and of course Dr. Subit - for taking care of myself and my new baby girl before, during, and after delivery!From the moment I arrived for my scheduled c-section (06/01 @ 0530) until the time I was discharged (06/02 late afternoon), we received nothing but the best and most thorough care I could have ever asked for. Thanks to all of you for ensuring that becoming a mom (even if it was for the third time) was a stress-free, smooth and comfortable transition. Special thanks to my nurses upon admission: Teagen and Tiana, Ellie (I believe) who was there to (legitimately) support me throughout my spinal, Jennifer, and Sarah (I believe) for the education and materials needed for a smooth transition to our home.But Jim, my CRNA, was an absolute godsend in controlling my emotions throughout my c-section. Although having two prior, the anxiety was still in full force and without his knowledge and expertise in his field I know my experience would have been exponentially decreased. Thanks be to Jim for saving the day with his medication therapy and talking me through every single step of my surgery - I am forever grateful for you, sir!These guys are 12/10 - highly recommended, and I’m a tough one to thoroughly please, so that is saying a lot. Here’s to my newly-established, extended family at Avita!! 👏 🍻

Went to have blood work done. Got processed and went into waiting room and sat forever.when they called my name I did not hear it because they did not come into the room to call a name. WhennI had blood work done before they always came into the foom to call the persons name. Had ti ask someone what was going on and they checked and said my name had been called 3 times. Could not hear them because they called from the main area and did not come into waiting . Thanks for listening.

ER staff were all absolutely amazing!

Horrible bedside manner. The so called Phlybotimist was extremely rude the whole time he was in the room. The nurses were nice until we were ready to leave then they all became really rude. Never even spoke with a doctor while we was here the nurses just assumed they knew what was going on. I still recommend over ohio health though.

Every time I walk in there one lady is so disrespectful and yells at me because she doesn't like my mask I wear , but yet other people have their own mask and she doesn't say anything to them 🤬

I recently had an mri in the T13 mri machine, l have always had a claustrophobia issue with open and closed mris some to the point of panic,but this machine Is a God's send l actually feel asleep ,and the entire staff at Bucyrus hospital are kind and caring
