Dr. Grote was very thorough in his explanation of the procedure, the findings, and very professional and compassionate in his care. He quickly enlisted the best and most appropriate care team following my procedure and has remained involved in my follow-up care.

I JUST RECENTLY HAD A FACIAL CYST REMOVED UNDER LOCAL ANESTHESIA. I HAD SEVERE ANXIETY OVER BEING AWAKE FOR THIS PROCEDURE BUT WISHED TO GO INTO WORK AFTERWARDS, SO I AGREED TO PROCEED WITH THIS OPTION. DR GROTE AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF WERE SOOOO SUPPORTIVE AND MADE ME FEEL AT EASE DURING THE WHOLE PROCEDURE. HE LISTENED TO ME WHEN I TOLD HIM I NEEDED MORE ANESTHESIA. (I HAVE HAD PREVIOUS DENTISTS THAT CONTINUED TO WORK ON ME EVEN THOUGH I COULD FEEL IT) AND TALKED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCEDURE. (AT MY REQUEST) I AM HOPING I NEVER HAVE TO HAVE SURGERY AGAIN BUT IF I DO I WILL NO DOUBT GO BACK TO DR GROTE.
