List of Andrew J. Patterson's Reviews
Dr.Patterson was asked for medication in the morning. Him and his staff failed to show up and my mother passed away from fluid filling her lungs. Just so happens the medication we were waiting for was to prevent that exact thing from happening, and we made it very clear that it was an urgent matter. I highly suggest switching doctors. Not to mention how much of a "peach" he was to deal with every time he came by the house. It's his way or no way

I was a patient in the Markham Stoufffville Hospital. My wife and I found Dr. Andrew Patterson to be very unprofessional, abusive, very argumentative and aggressive about everything. He does not like questions. I was also told by one of the unit nurses one night that I was not allowed to have a bowel movement at night only in the day time. These issues were reported the next morning to the unit Manager. After speaking friends that have had patients in this unit we were surprise to all the negatives. This behaviour is unacceptable at many levels. He should not be a doctor because of his abusive mannerisms and unprofessionalism. He is very unhappy person and a male chauvinist. He works under the umbrella for Markham Stouffville Hospital as Chief of the Palliative unit. He needs to learn how to fellow there guidelines, the Ministry of Health. Heahould not take his anger out on patients and there families while they are dealing with significant stress already.

He doesn't like questions and you will feel rushed during the session. Its ok to move on and do another job Mr. Patterson

If it's not too late I suggest that you switch doctors. Had a very bad experience with him. He is very discouraging and will only do the bare minimum. He was always negative in terms of prognosis and doesn't really care about patients. He offers whatever care and if it doesn't work he doesn't do anything else to help. When you ask him questions he is very uncertain and slow in his replies. Will never go back to him for anything.

Dr. Patterson tried to ruin my life by revealing my HIV diagnosis to others who knew me. For that, I hope he dies alone and miserable. When this happened, I was so sick, and weak, and miserable that I was helpless to do anything about it. He badly misinformed me about my prognosis, and then really, wanted nothing more to do with me. When I discovered what had happened, I called him at least three times, each time leaving a message asking him to please call, which he never did. I suspect that by that time he knew that the cat had got out of the bag. If I saw him lying on the sidewalk gasping for breath, I would step over him and keep on going, unless an ambulance stopped, in which case I would drop to the ground clutching my chest, in an effort to confuse the situation long enough to make the difference between life and death. There are far too many god doctors for anyone to waste their time and health on this pinprick. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
