Physician wouldn't even take 2 minutes to approve an antibiotic substitution for strep throat. Waited an hour at the pharmacy for approval that never came even after the pharmacist called him directly twice. Pharmacy closed at 6pm and my daughter couldn't get her Antibiotic for strep. Would not return or recommend!

I've been to this location twice and the first time was fine. It was as about 6 months ago and they had me in and out and everything was taken care of. However, this time around it was different. They had me in and out and the staff at the front desk was fantastic. The person who took my blood pressure and also asked me questions at the beginning did great as well. However, the last person I talked to, I think he was the nurse practitioner? He was highly disrespectful. He asked me questions and cut me off and didn't let me finish answering his questions. I came in to get an ankle sprain looked at because I was cleared to go to work from another urgent care but experienced the same pain when I returned. As a result, I had to take a couple extra days off of work and my employment requires that I have a doctor's note in order to return. Therefore, I went to another urgent care to see if my ankle was healed enough to return and to get the doctor's note. My ankle was feeling better but still in pain. The individual mentioned above checked my ankle and continued to be very rude and asked disrespectfully "What do you want me to do?" and followed up with the same attitude "There's not much else I can do and besides people work with a sprained ankle all the time." I told him I needed a doctor's note to return and he stormed out and went to the front desk. Given the fact that I work for a labor union, working with a sprained ankle highly affects my work. For this individual to give such advice with such an attitude is disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this urgent care in the future.
