Dr. Morgan Koepke is a great Doctor. My husband and I have been going to her for many years. She is so thorough with finding out what is wrong when you have a problem. Great doctor, but office staff is seriously lacking. Dr. Koepke's assistant (Lorraine?) constantly fails to return voicemail messages and is extremely difficult to communicate with. This is an ongoing pattern is definitely encouraging me to look elsewhere for a doctor with a competent office staff.

Dr. Koepke is very caring and takes her time with you. The only issue I have is I can never get through to make an appt. or to refill a prescription. I even tried faxing but the fax kept getting denied? I left several messages with her Medical Assistant but she doesn't respond to her voice mails. Good Luck getting in to see her. Otherwise, if you are one of the lucky ones, she's a great Doctor.
