Took my daughter for an appointment today. Arrived at 11:15 for an 11:30 appt and was advised her appointment was canceled due to 3 “no shows” in 3 weeks which is 100% not true. Entire family is switching to another practice. Let your customers know when you cancel their appointments!Edited to add - they replied that I didn’t show 3 times which is a complete lie. I forgot about one appt, and canceled the 2nd, there is no third time!! I am a nurse and got stuck at work with my patients!! So for future patients at this practice - just know that if you ever forget about an appt they will require you to pay a retainer fee and cancel all of your future appts. There are too many other dental practices in pataskala and surrounding areas to deal with this. Trust me go elsewhere!!

When I go to my appt they get me in and out and make sure when I’m there that I’m comfortable and check on me throughout the process whether it is filling or cleaning! Even with the referrals they have been great! I haven’t had good experiences with other dentists this is by far one of the best dentists I’ve been too!

My daughter (2yrs) and I just got established as new patients here. The desk staff is very kind and helpful and the dental hygienist that helped us (Damon) was amazing at making sure that my daughter's first dental appointment was a positive/fun one! I also really appreciated Damon's patience cleaning my teeth as he also kept conversation with my daughter to keep her occupied. Dr. Shrallow was very thorough and informative. All in all, I'm thankful we've found this location and we look forward to our next appointments.

Heather and Damien were the best and Dr. Shrallow is always so thorough and personable and up front. My boys love seeing the ladies in the reception area, they’re always so sweet! I drive 30 minutes just to go to this office!

Absolutely fantastic dental practice. They've helped me out with time sensitive issues, long term care solutions, navigating the insurance process, and feeling comfortable with less than fun procedures. Everyone at the office is very nice, knowledgeable of modern dental standards and tech, they're just wonderful. I never wait past my appointment time, but also never feel rushed during the visit. I have recommended this practice to others.
