Took my daughter for an appointment today. Arrived at 11:15 for an 11:30 appt and was advised her appointment was canceled due to 3 “no shows” in 3 weeks which is 100% not true. Entire family is switching to another practice. Let your customers know when you cancel their appointments!Edited to add - they replied that I didn’t show 3 times which is a complete lie. I forgot about one appt, and canceled the 2nd, there is no third time!! I am a nurse and got stuck at work with my patients!! So for future patients at this practice - just know that if you ever forget about an appt they will require you to pay a retainer fee and cancel all of your future appts. There are too many other dental practices in pataskala and surrounding areas to deal with this. Trust me go elsewhere!!

I really enjoy this dental office. They have always been on schedule and I have never had to wait. My kids enjoy going to the dentist and I always know what to expect. I am fully informed regarding my care plan and they always send me appointment reminders closer to appointments. I also don’t have to schedule our months in advance which is also nice.

Do you hate going to the dentist because your mouth dries out? Not gonna happen here. They keep the water flowing and your mouth will be moisture city...love it, just like Martin

I absolutely love this dentist office and so does my teenage son! I can honestly say this is the first dentist we've ever encountered that everyone did not have a huge stomach ache just thinking about going to! You all do an awesome job! My son loves his hygienist there!
