Update: I had to decrease the number of stars because this past year they would just randomly be closed. It would take a week to get a refill on my medications. Very unreliable. Love the doctor, but is often running an hour or two late. Receptionists are rude.

I have been a patient for many years. I have always been treated very well. Dr. listens and explains everything in detail to you. I would never go anywhere else

The office staff willnot return phone calls. This office is never open and staff eude when you call them. Would not recommend them at all.

Doctor is great, but the office staff is not have to change doctors because I never get a phone call back and can't make appointments to be seen. The staff brittney is very very rude and one of the nurses I said something to the doctor but don't think it helped cause they are still rude.. and the sad part I always been respectful until I get an attitude for no reason. And the waiting room wait to be seen is an hour and a half. I'll miss you dr. Neverauskas but not the staff.

Just want a bandaid? Go here. Want your health actually addressed? Go elsewhere. Dr N is not knowledgeable about anything beyond 1990’s medicine. If he doesn’t know about your condition, he changes the subject or completely ignores you. He ABSOLUTELY refuses to prescribe certain medications, no matter the circumstances. And yea, if you have another doctor and he knows about it he will TOTALLY pass the buck. This office staff is totally rude, when you can even get them on the phone at all. They demand payment up front, regardless of how long you’ve been with them or your insurance status. Need him on a Friday, or after 3pm, or at ALL in July? Too bad. He’s not available and the office is closed. No joke, dude takes off for a WHOLE MONTH EVERY YEAR ! Go to anyone else if you want complete and competent medical care. This Dr is a bandaid dispenser at best.

Dr. Mike is an excellent physician who follows through and hears your concerns. There is almost always at least an hour or more wait...so be prepared. Unfortunately the office staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional and if the wait alone doesn’t drive you away the staff is surely the nail in the coffin.
