I was so pleased with my care at the Ortho Neuro Urgent Care. The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. The nurse was helpful and kind. Dr Bitter was thorough and informative. Everyone there did everything they could to reduce my pain and start me on a good path for recovery. I was very happy with my care which led me to follow up appointment with a doctor and physical therapy. Thank you to everyone involved. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with back problems.

Dr Bitters was friendly, professional and through She asked me about what happened, listened carefully and did a complete exam. She gave me her thoughts and had X-rays done. She went over the results and gave me her treatment advice. Dr bitters made sure I understand everything, had what I needed to heal properly and assured me I was welcome to return anytime if my wrist wasn’t better. She was wonderful. The receptionist was great, very friendly and competent. And the nurse was a riot. She throughly did her job but also robbed my husband and kept the experience light. Any further (hopefully not!) ortho emergencies I would go there first. And it’s an hour from home!

I had injured my knee and needed to understand what was going on since pain and swelling was not resolving. Dr. Bitter was wonderful. She listened attentively, did a comfortable exam and ordered what felt like appropriate tests.I had a great experience at OrthoNeuro in Pickerington Ohio. The staff were very pleasant the facility was modern and lovely. I felt I received excellent diagnostic care and appropriate treatment along with a referral for further evaluation.I did not realize how convenient and easy getting attention for an orthopedic injury could be! Definitely recommend this practice and Dr. Bitter!

I have been to several surgeons and the urgent care facility, and every time I have been just amazed at how friendly the staff was and all the Surgeons are the best I’ve ever had in my life!!!!! If I need another surgery I will definitely go back to them!!!!!! I urge anyone who needs to have a surgery to go to OrthoNeuro!!!!!!!!!!

Dr.Bitter was very professional and detailed as to addressing my acute health issue.She was not rushing and assessed my throughly! I’m so thankful that she was able to see me as I was sicker than I could have imagined without her assistance I could have chronic illness to my heart!
