Mark Bechtel's Online Review Report Card

Dr Bechtel is excellent. He very much cares about his patients. I have been seeing him for six plus years and have not one time been disappointed with him or his staff. He always responds to my questions and concerns within 24 hours and it is easy to get an appointment, if necessary. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a skin condition.

Outstanding and remembers me as a person. All of my questions are answered

My first time seeing Dr. Bechtel was June 2022, and it was more pleasant than most doctors I have had to see. - Clean waiting room - Very lovely front desk person - The nurse that took me and my partner back was extremely nice, I hope I get them every time I visit in the future! - Nurse took time to get my history, and was kind and patient - I had to wait a hot minute to see Dr. Bechtel but when he was in the room I had his full and undivided attention. He was thorough, gentle where I was experiencing pain, and established trust before examining my skin. - Dr. Bechtel also included my partner in the conversation on my health and didn't just pretend she wasn't there. - He also prescribed me medication that was better than what my primary care offered, with less side effects!

Dr. Bechtel is awesome. First, I saw someone complain about his staff. I haven’t noticed an issue with them. But if you use MyChart he will get back to you. Second, yes he is quick but is thorough and he listens. Some people just move at a faster pace than others. I know I’m one of those people. If you need him he is there for you. He is a great dermatologist and has helped me much more than all the others I saw before him. I can not say enough good things about him. I’m picky with my doctors. I don’t need them to be my best friend. But I do I want someone who listens, is thorough, is compassionate to their patients and most of all helps me. If that’s all you want then he is the doc for you.

Dr. Bechtel is excellent. He is such a good listener. He has great expertise in his field.

I asked for him to call be about because I had issues with his staff and he did not even call or send me a message. Rate him a 0 and would never consider seeing him.

Several years ago, had bad experience with one of the other doctors in the practice. Dr. Bechtel called and said he would do what was needed at his "other office" in Grove City. Went to "other office" which was a chiropractor's office. Lights were out. Nurse had me wait in the waiting area until Dr Bechtel was ready. He had me lay on the chiropractor's table which was very hard and uncomfortable. He proceeded to perform what needed done while telling me he treats illegal aliens once a week for free at some other location. Ok....I did not need to know this. He did not stitch me up and I had a small divot in my arm. It healed over time but left a round red mark on my arm.
