When scheduling my initial visit, I made it very clear that I needed to be able to have evening appointments. I was assured that evening appointments would be available. At the first visit, I went to the desk to schedule future visits and found that the first available evening appointment was a month away! I had to get a copy of my prescription and start the process over at another facility. I wish they would have been honest up front, as my care was delayed due to their dishonesty.

I got hurt while I was in OH for work. (I'm from out of state). It was so tricky finding an orthopedic place that would accept me without a referral and OrthoNeuro was ready to help right away. The entire team was SO HELPFUL from the front desk to the exam to the X-ray. Everyone was friendly, compassionate, and immediately got me the brace I needed for more comfort. While I am now back in NY now seeing my doc at home, they called to follow up to be sure I was getting proper care after seeing the MRI report. You can tell that they truly care about what they do and made me feel so comfortable being alone and away from home... thank you all !!!!
Extremely nice. Physical Therapist was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Receptionist was very nice and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

I went to see the Dr for my daughters broken ankle. At 1030 refugee. They requested that She go to this location for a check up prior to surgery. They took her blood pressure, temperature, and told her what to expect after surgery. No big deal 10 min discussion max! I received a call later that I owed them $100 for the visit. That is my insurance co-pay for specialist? I asked why was it billed as a specialist, anyone, even a person at the front desk could have given us that info! But instead of an explanation the person said sorry we bill at specialist rate (I can't add the snotty inflection in writing). I then said ok, but did I have to see a specialist for blood pressure and temperature. Again very snotty reply, sorry we bill as specialist, I again said ok and they hung up!!! I immediately canceled surgery and went to another surgeon north of Columbus, and Asked about pre-operation check up. They said no need we take blood pressure and temperature here as routine and you will go over post op stuff after surgery with the surgeon. They were very nice the whole time. Reading the reviews here I think this is a systemic issue. It is so easy to be nice. When you are serving the public you have to go out of your way. The dr's should take note because they have no idea how many people just leave because of treatment like this. If you go to other review sites (health grades...etc) you will get the same responses as me and these people on yelp. It may only be the billing person, but that is enough to damage a business. I would like to tell this person sorry I took my multi thousand $ surgery to someplace that will treat us well.
I used the urgent care services. I went in on a Saturday and was the only person there. Excellent service and very quick process.
I’ve done physical therapy for two knee replacements here and i highly recommend them. The entire staff is very capable and knowledgeable. They work with you to achieve normal range of motion and goals you set to get back to normal life. They challenge you to get better through expert excersizes. I highly recommend this facility if you need physical therapy.
I basically only came here to get an MRI ordered for a dislocated shoulder. Before even taking an x-ray the “Doctor” working that day immediately began informing me that I needed surgery and started running through all of the scenarios for that (again not even an x-ray). I asked her if there was ever a conservative (non surgical) approach to my situation and she became defensive and insisted that she wouldn’t speak hypothetically about my situation. Though, she had no problem discussing “hypothetical” surgeries. I let her take some X-rays which showed nothing so she ordered my MRI and had her assistant schedule me with a surgeon 2 weeks later.Fast forward two weeks and I feel great (because I ignored her advice and continued my active recovery). It’s the day before my appointment, my MRI results are back with a middle of the road Hills Sachs lesion diagnosis, and the surgeon who I was scheduled to see (I even have the scheduling card) has absolutely no record of an appointment for me. I now have to find another specialist to advise me on my course of action though it’s past the window for some of the treatment options for my situation. What a joke...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
