I love Dr. Burkhardt. He is so patient, thorough, and explains all treatments and rationale thoroughly. He never is in a rush, but takes time to make sure all questions are answered. He is reasonable and conservative in his treatment approaches, in that he doesn't just throw pills at you. :-)

Dr Burkhardt is a great guy- he is a really patient listener and always takes time to make thoughtful reccomendations. He is "out of network" for me but I go there anyway.

Receptionist is very rude. Waited a half hour on the phone just to speak to someone. Poor way to do business.

Our 83 year old mother fell and hit the back of her head in the kitchen. We were concerned about internal bleeding so encouraged her to see Dr. Burkhardt. She did the next day. He did not do a CT scan. Told her it was a concussion & to go home & rest. Two days later she was care-flighted to Miami Valley hospital with bleeding on the brain. She had also been on an aspirin regimen to thin her blood due to a slight no symptom a-fib. We nearly lost her. Now, 2 months later, she is a mess.

I am extremely pleased with Dr.Burkhardt's care. He is never in a rush. He is very thorough. He listens well and answers all questions. He expresses genuine concern and compassion. I highly recommend him!

Excellent people skills. interested in your history and symptoms, not quick to diagnose but rather considers your input as well. Appreciates your research and considers your thoughts. Very sharp doc willing to look for the simple causes prior to assuming the extreme unliklely. Excellent doctor.

My entire family has gone to Dr. Burkhardt for years..I am very pleased with him and his staff. I take my son there who just adores him. Every time we leave there my son says, "That was fun!." Haha who knew going to a Dr. would be a treat!

Dr Burkhardt and his nursing staff are wonderful medical professionals. I've been seeing him for 9 years now, and I wouldn't trust my health to anyone else. He is very personable and understanding, and I can tell that he genuinely cares about my wellbeing. The office runs on a good schedule and I've never had to wait extensively to be seen. I would recommend him highly.
