I have the worst experience in my life. I just called to set up an appointment with my Dr. because I'm a new patient and the person answering the call was very disrespectful to me. Asking me a lot of questions with an attitude Is my first time feel discriminated against. She is the worst customer service. I have16 years in the Army and I'm still serving my country. I'm proud to be a Latino and my accent ma'am. I will not tolerate such treatment. I recommend re-training that lady on how to treat people and better customer service. If you don't like your job just quit.

My Doctor of many years recently retired. My family and i were devestated we searched high n low the name that kept coming up was Dr Rubino . I thought iwould never find anyone compareable on my first visit alond with at a later date my ENTIRE family knew we mafe the right move. Doc is personable kind listens and has a sense of humor he made a instant great impression and listed and immediately made me comfortable cant say enough . The icing on the cake is being told great choice lookingforward to many many more years with Doc Wonderful man ty ty ty to all those who referred us !!!
