Terrible experience over the last 2 years, saw mostly nurse practitioners, not even the same one. No solutions provided after colonoscopy only recommendations to get mor CT scans, now having to start the process all over again with a different Dr.

I scheduled a Colonoscopy with Dr. Yossef and waited almost 4 months for the procedure. 3 days before the scheduled procedure his office called and said that Dr. Yosseff couldn't do the procedure and that I could wait another 4 months or have the procedure done by one of their 'associates.'

I had a follow up appt at 8am. I take off work I go there and there was no dr. I was so mad, they said, we called you 3 times. I said I never received a message...... they said you will have to reschedule, I said do you do video calls because I am not taking another day off work she said not anymore, but I can give you your results in a print out!! Never heard from the dr again. Note to staff if the dr. Is not going to show up for work., leave people a message when they can't answer the phone or don't know it's you calling!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Yossef since he first began his practice. He is an outstanding G.I. physician and one of the top two in our region. He also shows compassion and caring for his patients. Highly recommend!!
