The women working front desk at this establishment are rude and unhelpful. I called their office requesting that they send me my patient information. They refused to do so saying it had been over a year since my last appointment and they refused to give it to me without making another appointment. I told them I moved away and I won't be able to visit them again, I just wanted my patient information. It was at this time they had two separate people on the phone with me raising their voices and acting very short and rude. After finally convincing them to write down my email address they never repeated it back to me. After this horrible experience I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't bother to write it down anyway. The call ended with them hanging up on me. I haven't received anything from their office yet.

The women working the front desk at this establishment are rude and unhelpful. I called with a simple request to have them send my patient history to me and was told I wasn't entitled to it. They tried to convince me to come in for another appointment because it had been over a year since my last and plaine refused to send me any of my information until this appointment request was met. I asked them to simply email/fax/mail a copy, whichever they'd prefer, and neither of the two women I talked to would take my contact information. After I was literally yelled at I was able to finally give them my email address but they didn't repeat it back and after the horrible experience dealing with this office I wouldn't be surprised if hey didn't even write it down. The call ended with their office hanging up on me because I refused to set another appointment. I have yet to receive an email from them with my patient history, or even a release form, included. I'll have to call them again for this information and my axiety is through the roof knowing what I'm going to have to endure. Don't go to this office. They will treat you like dirt.
