Magruder Pain Management Center's Online Review Report Card

We are from out of town. We were shopping at walmart & my husband dropped something from his pocket it rolled under the check out counter. He reached under to get it & slit his wrist wide open on a broken bottle that was under the counter. He was taken to the hospital. They were great. They explained everything well. The doctor whom stitched him up was very nice. She made the visit less stressful. They even gave us extra supplies because it was so late we could not go to store . The hospital was very clean. The ambulance driver was very caring. He stayed by me until I was able to see my husband.

Came at about midnight. Staff was amazing ad did an outstanding job. When they were replaced in the Morning it was a whole other ball game. I have a registered service animal and basically upon being admitted that we were told some things about the doctor i didn't agree with. Doctor told me to Ama myself. Very rude. Un organized literally are doing nothing to help me with my issuea

My mother was taken by EMS to the Emergency dept at Magruders last night. Dean a nurse, a female nurse doing her clinicals and Tim a Physicians Asst..were phenomenal! They were all so caring and compassionate. I appreciate the care my mom received. Thank you.

Very Rude and disrespectful staff. Could not believe the level of care.

My husband and I had our first covid vaccines 2/25 at the hospital. Great experience ! Everyone was friendly and the whole thing ran extremely smoothly. Well thought out process.

I have lived in this town all my life, every visit to Magruder for myself ,children and grandchildren They have always been highly professional and so caring. One time I was sent elsewhere because bigger hospital could do a test. I really don't like people bashing our hospital they work long hard hours and in my opinion deserve respect. As for me I will continue going to magruder for all my health needs.     Thank you Robin Beck

ER was terrible, nurse and staff were very rude and didn't seem to care like we were burdening them because we needed emergency help. Our visit was late evening at night so hope it helps you out so you don't have to experience what we did. Had to leave and go to another hospital. I would highly recommend any other hospital in area but this one.

Today, 7/8/20, I was seen at the Emergency room for flu like symptom's. I was given a covid test, which came back NEGATIVE. My R.N. Faith, who was so very kind, explained to me everything she had done, and was going to do, I had IV fluids, and other tests ordered by the P.A. Tim who also spent time with me at great length. The efficiency and knowledge of these employee's were exemplary. I have been to Magruder's several times, since moving here 5 years ago, and would not think of going anywhere else!

No complaints

Dr. Zgrabik, worst professional dr. He is judgemental and makes rude unnessary comments. No compassion at all. Has sent me two letters twice basically saying not to come back unless I have real problems. They need to let him go!
