Mona Nataprawira's Online Review Report Card

Cancelled appointment with zero notice twice. Found out only after taking the time off work, driving to the office, and attempting to check in with reception, that she is out on vacation and my appointment was cancelled months ago. Each time I’m told a letter was mailed to me. No letter is ever received, but the bills sure do come in the mail in a timely fashion without any issues. After she missed my appointment the first time I instructed reception to change my notification preferences to phone call and text message only. Clearly that didn’t happen. Total lack of professionalism and concern for patient wellness and time.

Never again will i schedule with this doc. Unable to reach Dr Mona after retrieving my own results from patient portal. Called at least 7 x after waiting for 48 hours and still no return call/order for more testing. Completely unacceptable. Dr. Leake retired and I am here to tell you that he and his office staff are so very missed. If this is the replacement to quality care we are all in dire straights.

Dr. Nataprawira is relaxed, confident and friendly. I was a little surprised at how thorough the exam was. If you go in for one thing, she might just be sure you are doing well overall too. She does not want to miss any chance to catch a medical need. Still - efficient in covering the bases. It’s fun to pronounce her name, but most people will just call her “Dr. Mona.”

Misdiagnosed me multiple times.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star I had her with my daughter 4 years ago & she kept telling me that baby and me were perfect growing good healthy but I had to much fluid and she wasn’t sure why.. but yet come to find out she had in my charts this whole time I was high risk pregnancy at 21 weeks and refused to induce me at 38 when I told her I needed to be induced.. my result ended in an emergency c section my baby was derived of oxygen she now has speech apraxia.. so I don’t recommend her to anyone

Ive had for for both my kids and i absoult love her.

Very uncaring.Doesn't return calls or do what she says she is going to.Also you never get the whole story also never get the same story.One story from surgical team, one story from her, another story from nurses in the room, and another story from discharge papers of diagnosis.All different.I don't care for her uncaring attitude and not following up with a person like she said she was going to call.Even after her staff was called and they said they would give her the message to call right back.Never did and her patient is in severe pain after a surgery she did.only Ibruprofen given for pain.

I was so nervous about going to Dr. Mona Nataprawira for the first time. What a wonderful person she is! I loved her. She was so kind and made you feel at ease. I will be going back to her again.

Dr. Mona is wonderful. She really cares about you and wants to make sure she doesn't rush you. She spends extra time to answer any questions you have and went above and beyond to accommodate my questions and concerns about a miscarriage. Wait time is a little longer, but it's understandable and doesn't bother me because she is so willing to spend the time that you need. No complaints. Definitely recommend!
